Existing Mask Editing — Selecting w/ KEYBOARD command(s)?

To select & edit exisitng radial or gradient masks, I have to click J (or G) to open the list of all masks, then click it with my mouse — fairly slow & awkward. Whats a quicker way to access / toggle-thru these & edits exsiting masks?
