Sorry about the trouble caused. However, I am not sure if I understand the issue correctly, could you please elaborate and provide some more details about the issue? Do you mean that the Camera Raw window does not open in Photoshop?

Which version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with? In Photoshop, you can check that by going to Help > System Info.
