How to get CameraRAW13.2 into PSE 2021?

PSE2021 says it is up to date. But it's Camera RAW plugin is 13.0.0.612. Adobe site says 13.2 is available. So how to get it? Creative Cloud auto update is greyed out. Uninstalled and reinstalled both Creative Cloud and PSE but no change. Baffled....any help please?

Elements? It's got it's own 'version' and build of ACR. The build used in Photoshop is different and can't be used in Elements.

Even though adobe has not officially released camera raw 13.2 for

photoshop elements 2021, hopefully this should work for you:
