I can't complete my camera raw set up

it's my camera raw control panel, and none complete button could be finded in this page.

At the Base of the page-

[Done] saves the edits to XMP.

[Open] Opens the image in a Photoshop document window.

[ALT]+[[Open] Opens the image in Photoshop as a 'Smart Object'
