I changed computer and now i dont find the camera raw presets.

I never downloaded them before, they were already there.. bydefault.

Why cant i see them now/Where do i find them?

What presets are your talking about? The ones you create? If so those stay with the computer, and if you're on Windows, they're located in:

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings
