I have Camera Raw 13.2 but only 12.4 Opens in Photoshop 2021 on Mac/Mojave

I have updated to Camera Raw 13.2 through the Creative Cloud, but when I try to open a jpg file in Photoshop 2021 using Camera Raw, only 12.4 opens. Any solutions?

The older plug-in should be over-written. 

You try to open a JPEG into ACR how? 

The location of the plug-in is:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC/File Formats

What do you find there?

I open the jpg file from within Photoshop 2021 by > File > Open as smart object, then I select the file and > Format > Camera Raw.

When i go to Library/Application Support/Adobe/lLPlug-Ins/CC/File Formats I see Camera Raw.plugin.

Also, when I check the list of apps in CC, Camera Raw 13.2 appears, but when I open the jpg in Photoshop using Camera Raw, the software baner reads Camera Raw12.4, and so does About Camera Raw.

The issue has resolved. Camera Raw 13.2 is now loading into Photoshop.
