ICC Profile error

Since last update I'm getting the following error after editing a photo in camera raw and trying to open in photoshop.  The only work around that I have found was to save the edit as a .jpg from camera raw and then open it in Photoshop.  Not a great solution. Help!

It seems to happen anytime I use the color mixer adjustment in Camera Raw
