Images don't revert to "fit in new" zoom setting after crop tool selected?

In previous versons of ACR, after using the crop tool, the zoom setting would revert to "fit in vew" when exiting the crop function. It no longer does this, which is annoying. Am I missing something, or is this a new (un)"feature" of ACR 12.3?

For example, I'll edit an image, crop the image, and when I go back to the edit tab, the zoom from the crop view remians. I have to re-select "fit in view" to bring the image back to fill the frame.

Am I missing a setting?

No, you're not missing something. This is an issue that I reported to Adobe.

Is there a way I can report this to Adobe as well (to help solidify the need for it?)

This issue is STILL not fixed with ACR 13.0. Where can I formally report this to Adobe?
