Hello everyone,

First of all, English is not my first language (I'm from the Netherlands) and I'll try to explain my problem with Adobe Camera Raw (latest version) as good as possible.

When I use the radial filter (on my Windows computer) my images get distorted. There is no difference between edited or unedited photos. It seems my Mac computer, doesn't have the issue.

I've got a Windows computer with the following specs:

• 64 bit

• GTX 1650 newest drivers

• 96 GB DDR4

• AMD rozen 7 3800 processor

I contacted with Adobe (to many times, but the are willing to help me) and with Adobe Remote support we did:

• empty the caches in ACR;

• empty the caches in Photoshop (version 12.2.4)

• reset the preferences (ctrl key and then click on Camera Raw Preferences;

• They thought the preferences were corrupted, Adobe re-installed the apps..

I thought that was the solution, and later on the problem with the radial filter came back as before.

My solutions was, to develop my photos, I installed an older version of Photoshop and Camera Raw 12.2.1 and I did not have any issues with the radial filter..

I'll hope that someone of you have a definitely a solution for this problem, or someone from Adobe a makes an update for some stabilization and fix this problem.

Thanks for your help in advanced.
