Looking to toggle preview of last change only.

Trying to figure out how to toggle a before and after preview of only the last change made in Camera Raw. The \ shortcut allows me to toggle the original and current versions (with all changes) but I'd like to do that for just the last change. Sort of like an undo/redo. Is that possible?

If in the Camera Raw Preferences you have Use Legacy Undo Shortcuts unchecked (the default setting) then

Command + Option + Z (Mac) | Control + Alt + Z (Win) toggles the last state off/on (after the most recent command)

With Use Legacy Undo Shortcuts checked then

Command + Z (Mac) | Control + Z (Win) goes back in time (Multiple Undo). will toggles (Undo/Redo) the last change made.
