missing icons from adjustment brush

the plus and minus icons are missing from the adustment brush screen in ACR 13.0

There are the Brush and Erase icons. Is this what you are looking for?

( the (+) icon starts a 'new' brush)

Also when brushing, pressing the [ALT] key changes to the Erase brush.
