Missing symbols that show image has been edited d

• Hi, can anyone tell me how to show the symbol on filmstrip thumbnails to show that images have had edits made? It seems to have disappeared after updating to latest version..

Right click on one of the Thumbnails and click Show Ratings & Color Labels

(or click on the three little dots when hovering on a thumbnail)
