New version 14.0.1.952 of Camera Raw is really laggy on my iMac Pro

I'm a hardcore user of Photoshop Camera Raw, but the new camera raw is very laggy. When I apply spot healing or draw masks with a brush is it very laggy... Even so, that it slows me of doing the work I'm used to do.
