no me abren los archivos arw

Hola, despues de alguna actualizacion , camara raw dejo de funcionar  y no puedo abrir los archivos arw en photoshop, se me tilda el programa y tengo que cerrarlo desde el administrador de tareas

2) A System report from Photoshop, by going to MENU: Help > System Info...

Try resetting your ACR preferences, better?
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (MacOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

*On Ventura, it is now called "Settings".

Saliudos, no me sirve el cámara raw cuando intento abrir archivos .nef de una nikon D7500 hasta antes de las actualizaciones iba bien. 

Estoy en Ps versión 25.1 su ayuda por favor.

@chrislandteran  So what happens now when you [Open] in Photoshop?

Do you see any error messages?

Have you used the Nikon Transfer App ?

Does your Creative Cloud Desktop App show both Ps and ACR as up-to-date?
