No Way to Save New Sky Mask Feature

As far as I can tell, it is impossible to save the new sky color mask effects in (Raw 14.0), either by itself or with other changes. Opening into jpeg or saving back to RAW fails to record the change. Other types of changes work  and are saved upon opening in jpg or back to RAW. If I'm missing something, then this  new feature is very poorly designed and documented. Using Windows 10, 64 bit, 8 gigs RAM.

Make sure all your programs are updated. For example, if you make mask corrections in ACR, but then try to import them to an older version of Lightroom, the changes will not stick.
