Photo Downloader is offering me two of the same camera, Z8 #1 and Z8 #2. The first one downloads very quickly from RAW Lossless Compression and gives me vertical images in black and white. The second one downloads more slowly but correctly. Why is this happening and how can I remove the first one?
In case anyone is interested, I was told by a Senior Adobe Technician that this is a known issue and they are working on it. He tried working on my computer for some time and saw the issue. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
