Pregunta de error de filtro de cámara raw

Photoshop se congela cuando abro el filtro de camara raw, e incluso no llega a abrirse la ventana del filtro y todo se congela.

Version de photoshop 26.3, la ultima, 

Camara raw actualizada a lo ultimo

Si alguien sabe como resolverlo, agradeceria su ayuda

Photoshop freezes when I open the raw camera filter, and even the filter window doesn't open and everything freezes.

Photoshop version 26.3, the latest, 

Updated raw camera to the latest

If anyone knows how to solve it, I would appreciate your help

Please go Help > System info in Photoshop, click the Copy button, and paste in a new reply.

I'm a Windows user, and the system info might be in the Photoshop menu on a Mac.

When posting, always mention what operating system you are using.
