I installed Camera RAW 13.1a few days ago, the other yesterday I developed some images without problems but since last night every time I enter in Camera RAW my pc crashes. Photoshop works perfectly. Advice on how to solve?
I have the same problems. At first it is very slow, verveolhgens it gets stuck and you see blocks of the photo. All other programs run fine.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop but the problem remains.
Since I downloaded the latest version of Camera RAW 126.96.36.1998 on December 8, 2020, there are major problems with this. I am working with Mac pro and the CPU indicates at performance that it fully supports the acceleration. The opposite is true!!
He is very slow. Only when directly entering the numbers it sometimes works reasonably well. When working with the slider, it freezes or you get to see strange blocks of images.
What is the solution for this? Or will there be a new update soon. My work suffers greatly from this !!!
Although I have mentioned this before, I have not seen any improvement yet!
Try trashing your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings.
(Mac OS only) Open the Preferences folder in the Library folder, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.
This action only affects the items found in the preferences dialog box. Numerous program settings are stored in the Adobe Photoshop Preferences file, including general display options, file-saving options, performance options, cursor options, transparency options, type options, and options for plug‑ins and scratch disks. Brushes (and lots of other setting) are not affected by the above instructions for deleting preferences. You may wish to make a screen capture of the settings in the Preferences dialog to reset them prior to deleting of this file.
Thank you. Looks like the problem is solved !!
This morning I resumed my work. As it turns out, the problem is still there. The sliders bounce up and down strangely. Everything is slow!
