After opening the raw file in Camera Raw is it best to apply the Enhance / Super-Resolution first and then apply other edits, presets, etc, or apply the enhance at the end?

Visual edits (like capture sharpening) should take place on the Super Resolution since like many such edits, while parametric and applied in best use order (not user order), edits that take a 1:1 preview into account should be used to make visual subjective changes to the image.
