Trouble installing Camera Raw 5.7 on CS4

I've updated my Photoshop CS4 to the latest updated version of 11.0.2.  I'm trying to install the Camera Raw 5.7 update, but I've been having some troubles.  I've tried both the automatic and manual installation, but Camera Raw 5.7 doesn't work.  I even tried to open the Camera Raw.8bi file, but I get this error message from Photoshop saying, "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."  Here's the screenshot of the error message...

Could anyone please help me with installing Camera Raw 5.7?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance.

I don't use raw, but are you sure that CS4 is compatible with that version?

Does the raw page specifically say that it is compatible?

Yes.  It is compatible.

In Photoshop, which version of Camera Raw is shown when you click
