Unable to download Raw files from a new camera

I'm using PSE 12 with a recent update for Camera Raw Plug-in 10.3 and I checked to make sure that the Camera (EOS 7D Mark II) was included and it is.

That camera requires at least Camera Raw 8.7. However, PSE 12 will only accommodate up to Camera Raw 8.5. You will either have to upgrade your software or download the latest DNG converter.
