Unable to see tool description in Camera Raw on Mac

The tool descriptions don't appear in Camera Raw when I hover over each tool. A little yellow box appears but contains no text/description

We are sorry about the experience with the Camera Raw interface. Would you mind sharing the version of Camera Raw you are using along with your computers macOS version? Since when are you facing this issue?

If you are using the latest versions, you can uninstall and re-install both Photoshop and Camera raw and check if that helps. You can uninstall the Camera Raw plug-in using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool from the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
