I have a laptop with Windows installed on it. When I work from home, I use only one screen. However, in my office, I connect it to a second monitor using HDMI. Now, I'm encountering an issue where I'm trying to open Photoshop RAW, but nothing happens. The same problem occurred when I was in my office. I connected the laptop to my second monitor via HDMI and then I realized what was going on: Camera Raw opens on my second screen.
So, the problem is that it's trying to open on the second screen even when I haven't connected it.

When you've finished editing using a second monitor, drag the ACR window to the laptop screen, then click Done.
The next time you open ACR, it will open on your laptop screen.
To fix the immediate problem follow the same procedure.
Connect a second monitor, open a raw file, drag the window to the laptop, click Done.
