I want to integrate XMP files into my RAW file. I don't want to use two files. I'm using Bridge for Camera Raw.
Can anyone help me 😅?

With proprietary 'raw' files (NEF, CR3, ARW, etc) you cannot embed XMP within the file. You will always have a sidecar XMP for proprietary raw edit metadata.

OTOH -DNG files (that might contain raw data) can have the edit metadata embedded in the DNG file (no sidecar).

Your screen-clip refers to DNG files.

You can 'hide' the XMP sidecar files in Bridge by un-checking MENU: View > Show Hidden Files.
