Why ACR/LR doesn't use optics correction parameters that Canon cameras (R-mount) put in .CR3 raws ?
Why insist on customers using only .LCP lens profiles w/o providing an alternative option when the way .LCP profiles are used/created seem to be subpar vs optics correction already present in .CR3 raw files... example (a well known for ~10 years probably "noise banding" matter) ... if ACR/LR is fed by DNG file from Iridient C-Transformer which can extract optics correction parameters from .CR3 raw file and write that as tags in DNG file ACR/LR does not exhibit "noise banding", but when using imposed on users .LCP profile "noise banding" is present - screenshots

come on... Iridient is one-man shop and Brian Griffith can do it alone and multi-billion Adobe can't let customers skip their .LCP profiles and use available data in .CR3 ???
