What operating system and version of photoshop do you have?

Any particular reason you want camera eaw 8.7.1and not a later version?

I am using Windows 7 and Adobe Lightroom 5 with Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom requires Camera Raw 8.7 to enable Quick editing in Photoshop CS6. That's why I need Camera Raw 8.7

If in photoshop cs6 you go to Help>About Plug-In>Camera Raw, what version does it say?

For photoshop cs6 the newest camera raw is 9.1.1, which should work
