Adobe Elements 10 and Lenovo Yoga 900

I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 900 PC featuring UltraHD screen and reinstalled my Elements 10 software. Everything works fine except that all characters are microscopic, like divided in size by two according to the higher resolution. I could not fine an option to increase size of characters (like doubling the pixels).

Is there a clue to solve the issue with Elements 10, or is the issue fixed in Elements 15 (it could be natural as more and more PC feature UltraHD screen)?

The issue is somewhat solved with pse 15.

In pse 15 one can set the UI Scaling to 200% which doubles the size of photoshop elements so things are easier to see.
