Camera Raw 11.3 Misbehaving

I am new to PS & Camera Raw.

Just updated to new ver. 11.3 and the images in Camera raw are showing like this. In PS it shows normal.

Can someone guide me please?

The highlight and shadow clipping indicators are enabled. Click on the little boxes in the upper corners of the histogram to remove the check marks. This will disable the clipping indicators, and that blue (which indicates clipping in the shadows) will go away. The alternative approach would be to work with the bottom end of the tone curve as well as the black levels to see if you can eliminate the clipping in the shadow area. Your choice if you want to do some experimenting.
