camera raw cursor locked as magnifying glass

Hi,

I don't know what I did , I was working with the "radial filter" and the cursor froze as the magnifying glass, different shortcut also stop working like the "y" checking before/after.

Can anyone help me?

When was the last time you restarted your system?

I just tested on my system and I'm not having that problem. Save your work, click Done in ACR, close everything, Restart then test.
