Camera Raw se queda congelado

Al abrir una imagen en formato raw se me abre Camera Raw,  pero el programa se queda paralizado no permitiéndome ninguna acción. He instalado los dos plugin de Camera Raw, he vuelto a instalar Photoshop, he reiniciado el ordenador repetidas veces y el problema persiste. ¿Qué puede suceder?

We apologize for the issue you are facing while working with Camera Raw.

Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using by going to the Help menu > System info and sharing the version of Camera Raw as well? Are you working on a Windows or Mac? Also, the files you are opening in Camera Raw, are they stored locally on the computer of an external drive?

You can go to the Camera Raw preferences through Photoshop by going to the Edit menu on Windows >  Preferences > Camera Raw or the Photoshop menu on a Mac > Preferences > Camera Raw. In the Camera Raw preferences disable the option to Use Graphics Processor then relaunch Photoshop to check if it makes any difference in the performance of Camera Raw.
