When importing my RAW (CR2) photos taken with my Canon Rebel T6 camera the images are striped and washed out (see screenshot below). When I view them on MacBook Pro with Sierra v10.12 the preview images are scrambled as well. However, when I view photos on my camera everything looks fine. How can I accomplish this import into LR6? Note: All Adobe and Apple updates are current prior to import attempts. LR info: Lightroom version: 6.10.1 [ 1117303 ] Any help is appreciated as I have customers waiting. Thanks!
The reason the images look good when you view them on the camera is because the camera is showing the embedded JPEG preview. The camera cannot display the raw image data. You have a hardware problem somewhere in your system. It could be a bad card, a bad cable or card reader, a bad hard drive, etc. This is for you to determine. Or, it could be a problem with your camera itself. It's a difficult task, but it's your responsibility to isolate the problem.
