Bought the data color color checker. Their instructions are old and don't include the new version of camera raw. Can't figure out where the profiles are inputted and how to access the. When I check The location they give as being saved to and go to find the profiles they are not there. Also, where do I find the profiles in camera raw. There is no camera icon?

DataColor software doesn't create DCP profiles, it adjusts HSL instead. It's junk. You need an actual Macbeth ColorChecker target and Adobes or X-rites free software to create actual DCP camera profiles.
