Hallo!

The EOS 5D Mark IV is supported in Camera Raw 9.7 and up:

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

Photoshop CS6 support of Camera Raw is compatible through version 9.1.1, so that means you cannot natively open your Mark IV RAWs in CS6.

Camera Raw plug-in and Adobe application compatibility

Your choices are to upgrade to Creative Cloud or use the free DNG Converter to convert your RAWs to DNGs to open in Photoshop CS6:

Digital Negative (DNG), Adobe DNG Converter | Adobe Photoshop CC
