I just got a 7D Mark II and it doesn't support the Camera RAW I have. I have everything up to date however it isn't the version I need. What can I do?

This is always a matter of checking your software versions with your camera make and model. The options are then clear.
Which version of Photoshop do you have?
If you have Lightroom, which version do you have?
Then look up these tables
Cameras supported by Camera Raw
Camera Raw plug-in and Adobe application compatibility
As ssprengel says, the 7D Mark II has been supported since Camera Raw 8.7 which is only compatible with Photoshop CC 2014 and later.
If you have CC 2014

The 7D Mark II has been supported in Adobe products, Lightroom 5.7 and Camera Raw 8.7 or newer, that were current as of Oct/Nov 2014. I think. I have that camera and have been using it with Adobe products for several years.
It is likely your software is several years old but cannot be updated without paying for a new version or updating your OS to allow it to host newer versions of software. Without knowing which software and OS and what version of each you're using, it's hard to be more specific about what to do.

If you have CC 2014 or later then update your version of Camera Raw.
If not, join the Cloud and get CC 2017 (current) or use the DNG converter.
