limit on number of presets in Photoshop Camera Raw

Is there a limit on the number of presets one can have in Adobe Camera Raw? We sell ACR presets and we have had several customers who have presets already installed, but when they install ours, only some of the presets are visible.

There is no limit. Your customers  (me too) are clicking on an incorrect icon. The must click in the 3 slider bar icon to see all ACR presets.
