I need to update Photoshop Elements 2019 on an offline Windows Workplace.

Where can I download the offline installer for Camera RAW 11.1?

The one on the site is for Photoshop and doesn't work for Photoshop Elements (yes I tried). The Photoshop version of the plugin ist 11.2. for Photoshop Elements I need 11.1
