Preview images over-sharpened

I have ACR 12.1. I'm noticing that when you view a raw image in ACR, it looks heavily sharpened - even though all the sharpening sliders are set to zero. As I have sharpening set to preview only, the image looks normal when exported to PS.

Anything you can suggest to rectify this?

Are you viewing the image at 100% view?

Evaluating sharpening and noise (and applying sharpening and noise reduction) must be done at 100%, where one image pixel will be represented by one screen pixel.

Other magnifications will be inaccurate and misleading, because the image has been scaled.

To complicate matters further, different applications use different scaling algorithms (sharpening and smoothing).

If you compare ACR at 100% with Photoshop at 100%, do you still see a difference?
