Raw images show up as thumbnail icons instead as images.

Using,CC,2019,Photoshop,&,Bridge.,When,I,upload,photos,from,my,Fuji,X,T-3,camera,,the,raw,files,download,as,thumbnail,icons,and,not,as,thumbnail,images.,There,are,no,problems,with,jpeg,images.,What,can,I,do?
