When opening a raw file, a bright white rectangle flashes before the image loads.

Everytime I use camera raw or the raw filter, I get blinded by a bright white flash of square on the screen right before the image loads. It only lasts a half a second but man is it annoying. Any luck on getting this to stop? I already tried to turn off my graphics processor in the raw editor preferences. Didnt change anything. Using a Sufacebook2 15" 512gb model.

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Preformance). Any better?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC profile, the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix not LUT profile, Version 2 not Version 4 profile.
