Where are my Photoshop Raw presets stored?

I need to format my HDD and dont wanna lose all my raw presets, where do I find them physically, or how do I export all of them?

In Windows they are in User > Application Data.  Win 7 specific:  user/AppData/roaming/Adobe/CameraRaw/Settings.

That's right. In general, not only are the presets stored there, but

also camera-specific defaults, lens profiles, and color profiles

created by the user. It's a good folder to backup.
