I used to download them directly from Adobe, but it seems that a major refactoring of their site has broken nearly all links on all popular sites (TIFF - Wikipedia , TIFF File Format ) and even within the DNG-specification itself!
I hope someone is working on this.
In the meantime: Where can I find the current TIFF-specifications along with their supplements, tech notes, etc.?
The current TIFF specification can be found at: https://www.iso.org/standard/34342.html

Hi all,
The TIFF spec has been re-linked as is available on the Adobe site. https://www.adobe.io/open/standards/TIFF.html
The Supplements are now available, as well.

Unfortunately the Adobe website again has been rearanged and the links you provided are no longer working. Please provide working links to Adobe's TIFF specification that do not require use of a 3rd party archive of the documents. Archives are not guarenties of no alterations. I would trust downloading such an important specification only from Adobe itself. If you are an Adobe employee, please tell your boss(es) that they should keep such specification documents in a separate part of the site that is immune from restructuring of the main part of the site. Such documents are important for people implementing the standards they define, and as such, should be readily available to people well into the future, without needing to ask "where do I find these?".

I'm not an Adobe employee, but a user like yourself that volunteers here on the forums.
Adobe Employees have a little Red Adobe Logo next to their user picture along with Adobe Employee.

I just checked. That's not the location for the standard TIFF6 specification. That's the TIFF/IT specification which, like the TIFF/EP standard, is a special variant or extension of TIFF for a specific application.
Also, as it's on the ISO website, it's not free. The normal TIFF standard (TIFF6) has always been free, and has always been available as a free PDF file on the Adobe website. I'm wondering where on the Adobe website it now can be found. I assume it is still on the Adobe website somewhere, as from my understanding Adobe invented the TIFF file format.
