Where is the ACR horizon alignment tool?

I used it constantly - super convenient, compared to the crop tool - but with this latest ACR "upgrade," (12.3-0.493) I can't find it.

Am I missing it?  Is it now buried?  Or is it complete gone?

Very, very disappointed with this new version.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I can't help but wonder, with all the vertical real estate in ACR where this tool used to be located, why Adobe removed it from where it was immediately available.  Does Adobe have user data to support removing it, or was it just a UI designer's decision?

Perhaps I should have added that, wherever you are in Camera Raw, just press "A" and you will jumpt directly to the straighten tool. Couldn't be quicker. (Lots of similar shortcuts available too.)
