508 compliant quiz or knowledge check

Hi, I am having trouble finding real solutions to getting my course 508 compliant, especially the quizzes. There is no tabbing option to set radio button selection nor is the pop up response box being read. I keep hearing that captivate 9 is 508. A sight impaired person must be able to navigate and hear prompts.
