A fatal error

Greetings.

I have a problem since yesterday, when I open a project, I get this error and close the program. I had to uninstall and reinstall the program, so that it worked for me. The problem is that after opening a project, it does well, and the next, it returns the error. What I can do?

Most likely there has been another application on your computer that was installed or updated recently that now conflicts with Captivate.

If this is now happening regularly, the best way to track down which other file is causing Captivate to choke is to dig into the Operating System Event Log on your computer. Google for info about where those are found. You should be able to search them and find the recent events where Captivate was crashing. The logs should tell you which file it tripped over. Then you need to find out which application that file is connected with.
