A friend cannot access any Adobe forums - How to solve?

I have a co worker who just registered with Adobe, verified her email address and can't seem to log in or posts to the forums.

Not in Photoshop or here or anywhere.

When she tries to log in she keeps getting the message in the graphic below.

She cleared her cookies too. Cleared everything in the browser.

Used another browser too.

Tried another pc too.

Could it be her yahoo email domain?

Please advise your friend to try logging into https://accounts.adobe.com/profile and set/change the forum screen name.
