A script for changing the height of TOC titles

If you happen to know it or know how to do it, could you please share a script that could change the height of table of content titles with me?

I wish to display all my titles in one TOC frame, without the scrollbar like these tutorials: https://sites.google.com/a/ehilll.com/ehilll/

Sorry, you seem to have misunderstood the answers in the previous thread. The TOC will always have the same height as the bdefined height of the project.
