I am running a 30 day trial of Adobe Captivate 8 (Version 8.0.2.266). The problem I'm having is that when the Access Adobe Resources window attempts to open, my PC hangs up for at least 15 minutes which is really frustrating. Is there any way this can be disabled? If I purchase Captivate 8, will I have to deal with this box?

In my own experience, yes. You will continue to encounter this dialog after you purchase. Unfortunately, If a way exists to disable this window, I'm unaware of it. There seems to be no setting in the preferences to control it.
It seems odd that it appears to lock up your computer. Perhaps it's communicating with the Adobe servers to populate the window and that's what's causing the hangup. Hopefully one of the Captivate developers will pop in here with some sage advice.

I'm currently packaging Captivate 9 for our company, I need to remove the prompt that pops up for Access Adobe Resources.
Has this been address, is there a way to remove the prompt?
