My previous computer had a corrupted hard drive so I had to purchase a new machine, which meant re-downloading a bunch of apps. Unfortunately, I found no simple, easy or intuitive way to get access to C9 now that 2017 is released. Its really frustrating since I have clients with courses built on C9 who are not ready to move ahead to 2017. This may be good marketing for Adobe but its bad business for us customers...it should really be quite easy and simple for a subscriber (which i happened to be) to gain access to something previously purchased or invested in...why the complications Adobe?
