Accessing files created under trial period

I successfully created a number of files using Captivate using a trial licence. I have since arranged ongoing (paid) access to Captivate 2019, but am unable to run the files that were created under the trial.

 

Grateful for any suggestions that might prevent me from having to re-create the files.

This could be due to the trial version of Captivate that you used to create the files being a later version to that you now have installed (as a paid version) on your system.

 

Check in Captivate under the Help menu > About Adobe Captivate.

 

The major and minor version numbers should be something like 11.8.
