Accidentally Deleted an Embedded Title Placeholder from Master Question Slide

Hi, I accidentally deleted the Question Title Placeholder from the quiz master slide. Is there a way of getting it back, since I cannot copy and paste it from another master slide?

Thanks!

Can you try to switch to another theme, then re-apply the theme you were using? If you didn't save the theme with the missing placeholder on the master slide, this should work (just double-checked).

Thank you for your response. This does get embedded placeholders back.

It is a bit cumbersome to reset back to the changes made to the theme I was using, but I'll take what I can get.

I wish Adobe would come up with a better way.

If you edited the theme, save that theme as a custom theme. I have several

blog posts about themes.

I may not know the exact answer. But I do know how to add placeholders. Would it work for you to right-click and add a new placeholder object?

Regretfully, this does not work for deleted Title placeholders on quiz slides (as well as some of the other embedded items).

Quiz master slides have embedded objects, those are different.

Did you try the Theme apply, re-apply workaround?

I did. I had sadly made changes in the theme I was using, so I had to re-make those. That's what I get for editing themes and not saving them!
